The new project from the VI GROUP is a complex of three multifunctional blocks (A, B, C), which will offer future owners a high standard of housing together with versatile civic amenities. Complex offers a total of 302 apartments and suites in the structure of one-room, two-room, three-room and four-room. Of course there is a balcony or terrace. Several flats and apartments on the 2nd floor are exclusively offered with a front garden.
On the ground floor of block A and block C, there are attractive areas for services and civic amenities of local significance, or it can also serve the surrounding localities within the catchment area.
The project includes a playground located in block B and a community garden in block A.
