By entering the competition was to build on an urban solution of a new area at the dam Cunovo made by Baumschlager Eberle studio in dealing with the new center. The aim was to find a viable solution to the central area while maintaining the necessary lucrativity and investment efficiency. In our proposal we have tried to make this central area has a urban character. Our solution is based on a simple space defined by the principles of city-planning, using basic elements - streets, squares ... We also tried to define the spaces between objects so that we eliminate the ´no one´ space - especially with regard to public areas on the border with privat zones. Equally important was the separation of car traffic and parking solution.
