When drawing up the building cottage, we concluded that the most important task of the proposal will be how to solve the problem with the water culminating level in an area that is floodwaters. As the culminating level is from 125 m.a.s.l. to 130 m.a.s.l. and hypothetically to 132.5 m.a.s.l., which means the difference 7.5 m. Another important fact is a mandatory requirement to have the floor level (+-0.00) at 132.5 m.a.s.l. which is 4.5 m above the ground. From these basic assumptions we had to find a technical solution to the house to work without having to be fitted in such impractical hight. Cottage has only one storey and is fitted to the ground. From the waterside will be digged and fixed terrain notch with depth of a pontoon. Cottage will be coupled with pontoon by the frame structure. Pontoon will be in the notch so that will make impression as if the cottage leis directly on the ground. Anchoring will be secured against movement in a similar system as the floodgates. The side walls will be attached to a system of steel poles with teeth, which will be a tie with gears with shutter. This will achieve the desired stability and even lift.
