Family semi-detached house is situated on the outskirts of the city part of Poprad called Velka. Land is flat and within the building area as the end. Is it a beautiful view of the High Tatras from it. Residential units are identical mirror. Between the units is placed a block with office on the ground floor and photo studio upstairs. The office is accessible from both housing units and the exterior. The studio is accessible only from one dwelling unit. On the ground floor there is a daily part and a night part is on the floor. The premises are connected by a gallery, which brings into the interior airiness. The building is designed as woodenhouse and low-energy house. On the south side facade is largely glazed, vice versa on the north side only small tracked windows are used, which provide visual contact of the High Tatras.
