Multifunctional
building is situated in a residential area in the new proposed site
Heringes in Kosice. The area is located on a hill from which is the
direct view of the historic center of Kosice. The new building is
situated on the edge of the zone as the First object. The building is
divided into two parts: vertical, serving for housing, temporary
housing or offices, and horizontal, which is centered civic
facilities such as services, retail and entertainment. The terrain is
sloping and the object is placed transversely to the slope with cantilever overhang,
which is achieved by dynamic object. The vertical part of the
building is situated to enter the territory, where it forms
accentuate the onset.
