Lot in Marianka is located on the southeastern slope of the valley notching into the Little Carpathian Mountains. This area is extremely quiet, whereas the boundaries of the protected area. Access road is located at the bottom of the lot. At the top of the lot is bordered by natural forests. The building consists of a simple prism mounted on the terraced landscaping. The basic prism has two floors, but the object is four-storey. Other floors are solved in the terraces. The building has concentrated installing core and is designed by skeletal structure above landscaping, which provides high flexibility in layout. The object can thus be used as a house, apartment house or office.
