The main aimof the client who is a fan ofgood wine,is to use theland with the family houseand add to it thewine shop and bar.At the same timehe is interested in creating agarden, whichwesituatedeast ofthe wine shop and bar withmutualdirectvisualandphysical connections. The proposedextensionbuildingretains the originalnumber of floors.Wine shop and bar witha separate entranceextendsbuilding on theunderground floor of the family house. We leavethe origin function of housing on thetop floors.We create twotwo-bedroom apartments-eachon a separatefloor.
