V-house is typologically villa - house, respectively a small apartment building, designed only for housing. In this type of housing is already habitable the floor in contact with the ground - ground floor. It is therefore important to separate the house around from public areas to be clearly defined borders of private zone. To the one private zone in linear construction it is optimal to combine two such objects. These facts we have tried to incorporate into our solution. V-house is a three-storey building with three apartments on each floor. Mass is designed as a two-storey block mounted on a 90° rotating ground floor. The upper part is due to the riverbank angled perpendicular and the bottom part longitudinal with shift to the water. Thus we get more space from the road which is used for owners parking. On the ground floor apartments are oriented to the water, so they are not in conflict with parking. Architecture of the object is structured with using warm materials, which gives the buildup zone easiness and friendliness.
