For the processing of project documentation must be based on proper documentation which is planimetric and vertical conditions of the property in digital form. The detailed plan of utilities, a copy of property deed, a copy of the cadastral maps or geological exploration and others. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable standards and in accordance with the Building Act.
